The services provided by Bisweb include the design and development of websites as described in the chosen plan (Standard Landing Page, Multi-Page Website, Add-On Integration, or Exclusivity Rights). The scope is agreed upon prior to work commencing. Any features or pages outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Bisweb guarantees client satisfaction on every project. If the delivered website does not meet the expectations discussed during the project brief, the client may request further revisions at no extra charge. This guarantee applies to the original agreed scope of work and continues until the client formally approves the final delivery.

Clients are entitled to request reasonable revisions following delivery. This includes but is not limited to: text edits, colour changes, layout adjustments, image swaps, and section reordering. Revision requests should be submitted within 30 days of project delivery. Requests beyond the 30-day window may be subject to a minor revision fee at Bisweb's discretion.

This policy applies exclusively to clients subscribed to the Exclusivity Rights plan ($39/mo). Clients on the Standard Landing Page ($99) or Multi-Page Website ($249) plans do not receive design exclusivity — their template may be adapted and reused for other clients.

For active Exclusivity Rights subscribers: in the event that your locked design is accidentally or mistakenly delivered to or reused for another client, you are entitled to:

• →A full 100% refund of all amounts paid — both the base project and all Exclusivity Rights months billed.
• →Full ownership and rights to keep the website — the client retains all delivered files permanently at no charge.
• →A written apology and, where applicable, a complimentary redesign at no cost.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable Canadian taxes: GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) for clients in Quebec. Payment is accepted via PayPal (credit/debit card accepted) or cash in-person in the Montreal area. Work begins upon confirmed payment or agreed cash arrangement.

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered website files. Bisweb retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing. For Exclusivity Rights subscribers, Bisweb additionally agrees not to reuse the design template for any other client during the active subscription period.

Exclusivity Rights subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — no prorated refunds are issued for partial months. One-time project payments (Landing Page, Multi-Page) are non-refundable once work has commenced. The Accidental Resale refund clause in Section 4 applies exclusively to active Exclusivity Rights subscribers and does not extend to base plan clients.

Bisweb reserves the right to decline, refuse, or discontinue any project or request at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification. This includes, but is not limited to, projects that conflict with Bisweb's values, capacity, or risk tolerance.
